1980s-Style San Andreas Local Exempt Plates

Description
This is a San Andreas local exempt plate done in the style of the California local exempt plates from 1982 to 1986.
I originally made this for my recreation of the car chase from Colors. It's not of the highest quality, but it could be good for some roleplaying/LSPDFR/machinima. Enjoy!
Installation Instructions:
1. Locate GTA V/mods/x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf/vehshare.ytd
2. Replace the vanilla plates with the modded exempt plates.
3. Locate GTA V/mods/update/update.rpf/x64/data/carcols.ymt
4. Replace the FontExtents on the "Police guv plate" with the following (with no spaces between the angled brackets and text): < FontExtents x="0.25000000" y="0.35500000" z="0.96000000" w="0.81600000"/ >
