Black uniforms with a different badge texture.
Install:
Male -
Using OpenIV go to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\x64e.rpf\models\cdimages\componentpeds_s_m_y.rpf
and, in edit mode, open the "texture dictionary" file for the "cop" model and
replace the old textures with the new ones from the download.
Female -
Using OpenIV go to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday4ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\patchday4ng.rpf

- Included black hat texture.
- Fixed minor texture issue
