Description
These weather files make VisualV's night brighter.
it's a beta for now.
if someone found something weird part, give me feedbacks.
Credits to _CP_ for the base of the timecycle files, the originals were edited by me to make the nighttime weather brighter. You can download the original versions here.

Q: What does the '?' mean in the below screen shot?
A: It means 'hacking'.
Q: How do I get the weather file?
A: The file is contained in your 'VisualV' folder.
Q: Where can I get the weather files from?
A: Here.
Q: What weather file should I use?
A: If you want to make the night brighter, use 'daylight_bright.xml'.
Q: How can I make the day brighter?
A: Open 'daylight_incandesant.xml' and change the line that says "Daylight Brightness = 1" to "Daylight Brightness = 0".
