Installation: Put Airport.xml in you're Gta v Folder, or if you created a Folder for maps put it there.
Then in game press F7, Load map, click on Airport.xml

This map is made so the airport has more live to it, i hope you enjoy it.
Note: This is BETA, there is not a lot of peds ECT...

Added Peds at the postal building.
Added FIB transporting a prisoner.
And just added more Peds.
