GTA V > mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > patchday22ng > dlc.rpf > x64 > levels > gta5 > vehicles.rpf (It has to be in the last patchday).

This mod changes the normal Chevrolet Corvette C7R (Stretched) model with a police version of the car, which is called C7R (Police). The police version of this car has a different paintjob and a different siren.
