This is the latest mod for GTA V

this is located near the coast of GTA V and has a lot of cool thing

for explorers too :) with a fully modified car.

DESCRIPTION

1)Easily reachable road with street lights.

2)illuminated cave for explorers.

3)Helipad on the roof with a helicopter already placed.

4)Mini jetty for docking a marquis,speeder and two jetskis.

5)Mini jetty is connected to the mansion.

6)Parking place for a car and bike in front of the mansion.

7)Hall which is filled with people.

8)Full size kitchen with food,chefs and working stoves.

9)Dining table with the view of the inhouse fountain.

10)Meeting room with michael taking the eplison program.

12)Grand wooden staircase which leads to the 1st floor.

13)Art room which is located in the corridor of the bathroom,bedroom and activity room.

14)Bathroom which has a big wardrobe along with a working washing machine,

jaquzi,tub,shelf and a toilet.

15)Activity room in which we can find jimmy playing with a friend along with his mom

near the pool table along with her friends and a bar too.

16)Large balcony with stairs that lead to the helipad.

17)masterbedroom with a cloths drawer,tv,work table,ironing machine,seating area,

gym and more,download to know.

INSTALLATION

extract coastal mansion.zip

open mod folder

copy Coastal Mansion.xml to GTA V-menyoostuff-spooner-paste

IN-Game LAUNCHING

open menyoo by pressing F8

select object spooner

select manage saved files

select Coastal Mansion.xml
