Crossroads Mansion is modern, yet very natural looking with wooden touches throughout. Designed around an existing tree right in the middle of the house with a massive skylight right above, it come complete with 3 large bedrooms, a master bedroom that has an en-suite bathroom, walk in closet, office space and direct access to the double garage downstairs. INSTALLATION Please make sure you have the following mods installed AND working. I recommend following DryderMataroa's tutorial on how to install MapEditor as I have tried it and can confirm it works

Drop my files into your "AutoloadMaps" folder or just load them both while ingame. I recommend loading the cross_noroof file first and then the cross_roof file.
NOTICE
- Please note that with Grass Quality set any higher than "Normal" there will be some grass sticking through some of the floors. Thanks goes to kenkil for finding this bug. - You will be teleported to the loading area where each file is loaded from so beware.
- This file contains a lot of props so it WILL give a drop in fps.
- I will release a YMAP version as soon as I can but for some reason when I convert it to YMAP from XML some items with slight rotations on them get orientated to their original spawn rotation so until I figure this out it will have to wait for now.
