How to install:
-Start OpenIV
-Go to x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_players.rpf/Player_2
-Replace " head_diff_000_b_whi.ytd " with new file
-Go to the barber shop in the game and give Trevor a beard
-Have Fun hahaha!
This mod comes with a back-up for all files that were modified by this mod.
NOTE: Type " head_diff_000_b_whi.ytd " in the search bar to find it quicker
