1. Download the orginal car mod at : https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/ford-raptor-2017-addon-template

2. Use OPENIV and go to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\RAPTOR150\dlc.rpf\x64\vehicles.rpf

3. Add file RAPTOR150+hi.ytd into the vehicles.rpf

4. Save your change and you can start the game
