Open IV- https://www.openiv.com

Menyoo- https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-sp

ScriptHookV- https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/script-hook-v

ScritpHookVDotNet- https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/scripthookv-net

All Iced Out Jewlery Mod For Franklin- https://www.gta5-mods.com/player/franklin-add-on-replace-all-ice-everything

Adobe Photoshop ( so you can add the sleeve tattoos to shirts you may have already added to the game ) https://www.adobe.com

First ( if you havent already ) download and install and follow the directions for OpenIV ScriptHookV ScriotHookVDotNet

and Adobe Photshop ( you can get a 7 day trail version at adobe.com )

Then Open, OpenIV go to OpenIV /GTAV/mods/x64v.rpf/models/streampeds.players.rpf/

and add the YTD files for specific player to their folder

For Franklin /streampeds.players.rpf/player_one

For Michael /streampeds.players.rpf/player_zero

For Trevor /streampeds.players.rpf/player_two

to add hand tattoos to Franklin after adding the All Ice Everything Mod just go into the Franklin Folder and open the HAND TATTS FOR ICED OUT

JEWLERY MOD Folder drag and drop YTD files into OpenIV /GTAV/mods/x64v.rpf/models/streampeds.players.rpf/player_one

to add arm sleeve tattoos to shirts you already downloaded open Adobe Photshop and open the Photoshop files from Franklin Micael or Trevor folders
