Description

Franklin has had a new extension to his house built and it has added some very sought after features...

Subtle entrance from the street that wraps around the existing structure of the building and is designed to incorporate an ancient tree that Franklin didn't want to cut down.

Ramps with slight inclines that won't damage your expensive cars.

A showroom style garage, complete with electric gate, with room for 12 cars inside and over 20+ cars outside! (Using Vehicle Persistence Mod)

Secluded garden balcony with amazing city views and barbecue.

Grassy viewing deck for parties or the occasional poker night.

Walkway that cuts through the existing pool to make a new child friendly pool or relaxation area for adults.

Pillars that tastefully support the whole structure but do not intrude on the existing dynamic of the building.

The building is complete with a heli pad that is tastefully lit up at night.
