INSTALL

ADDING NEW MODELS

For new Models: [Go to] Grand Theft Auto V\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpedprops.rpf\player_one_p

***Adding a new model requires you to replace an existing one by renaming the new model. The bucket hat is from Ron's ped, originally named "p_head_000.ydd" by renaming(already done in mod) it to "p_head_003.ydd" and replacing it into player_one_p (Franklins props), it replaces the vanilla boler cap. Essentially, you can choose to replace whichever model you want so long as you name them properly. Same thing follows for the Textures; Pick colour, match the names (p_head_003.ydd(model) - p_head_diff_003_a.ytd/.jpg(already done in mod))

Ex.

...\player_one_p>[EXTRACT]>p_head_003.ydd(Vanilla)>[ADDNEWFILE]>p_head_003.ydd(Mod)

The Bucket hat ahould now appear instead of the Boler Cap in the OpenIV viewer.

REPLACING VANILLA TEXTURES

For Upper, Lower, Feet, Bandanas and Balaclavas: [Go to] Grand Theft Auto V\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_one

For Hats: [Go to] Grand Theft Auto V\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpedprops.rpf\player_one_p

****(Dragging and dropping didn't work when I was testing so): Find clothing texture you wish to replace, open it via OpenIV Click "Export Textures", Backup, Click "Import", Choose texture from mod, save.

Ex.

Run OpenIV >Edit Mode>Grand Theft Auto V\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_one\uppr_diff_004_d_uni [EXPORT AND BACKUP] [IMPORT]>Mod Folder\Blue\uppr_diff_004_d_uni>Save

Enjoy.

FAQ:

How do I remove the hats?

It's easy! You just have to go to where you installed the mods and find the "update.rpf" file and delete it.

Is this mod compatible with other mods?

This mod is compatible with any other mods that don't edit the same files as this mod does, as long as they are NOT adding new clothing textures.

I want to use the mod for a different game, are you going to make it compatible with other games?

If I make this mod compatible with other games, I will not be able to update this mod as often as I would like. So, if you want this mod updated regularly, please don't ask me to make it compatible with other games, because I will most likely not be able to do so.

How do I install the mod?

1. Download OpenIV and install it (if you haven't already). 2. Download the "Grand Theft Auto V" folder from here: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/x64v-rpf-files-converter 3. Extract that folder into your GTA V folder (usually Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA V) 4. Run OpenIV and go into "Edit Mode". 5. Click on Import > Textures 6
