Description

A simple Noose Retexture. This is a slightly strange mod, primarily aimed at the amazing YouTuber Alchestbreach. However it offers a goofy change to their gta games. Gta is a game filled with strangely named factions and brands so I this really too far fetched? Either way I'm now going to attempt to create some backstory.

Open iv is required (If you dont have it, download it)
