Description

Got a job but can't afford the insane Los Santos rents. Tired of flopping on friend's couches, sleeping in your car, waiting for space in the shelter down at Mission Row or fighting off bums and rats under an overpass. Well you're in luck! The Infinity Group has the answer for you!

If you don't mind the commute, a modest but modern home awaits you in Harmony! Harmony House is now open for rental or sale. With two bedrooms, one bath, living area and half kitchen, you and a roommate can finally settle in for a decent and comfortable lifestyle for an affordable price!

Harmony is a relatively quite and occasionally peaceful hamlet with fine shopping and amenities within walking distance. Just like in the big city, those late-night runs for munchies or 'necessary items' are available anytime from the nearby 24-7! Fuel, food and utilities are far cheaper out in Blaine County and if you can put up with a few bikers, rednecks and the occasional police pursuit whizzing by it's well worth the money!

So come on up North and put your hard earned cash down on a decent place to lay your head at Harmony House! Renters note there is a 'you broke it, you bought it policy' on all Infinity Group Properties. Potential Homeowners, all sales of Infinty Group propertys are 'as is' and 'final'.

Installation:

Required mods - https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-sp

Make sure you have Menyoo loaded and then install the Harmony House XML file into 'Spooner' located inside the "Menyoo Stuff' folder. That's it!

Known Issues:

The interior is not 'AI-friendly'. Any bodyguards or peds you wish to bring inside will not function properly when left 'dynamic'. They can be placed inside manually, but will need to have an animation or scenario placed on them. Otherwise, they will be ejected from the space or behave strangely. Sometimes peds spawn on the porch or at the front fence. These are part of the game and once I figure out codewalker, I'll get rid of them in a future update. May cause lowered framerates in less powerful setups due to nearly 700 props.

Do Not redo reupload or claim this map as your work. If you make videos do give me credit as a lot of work went into making this work and look properly.
