HD Face tattoos (for franklin) post malone -esque

Will be updating more and planning on making other tattoos .. like, rate, comment or follow updates
V 1.1
minor tweaks that made a BIG difference
in the way the tats look.
motion blur in rockstar editor withe e.v.e made some look more blurrier than they really are.
