Why is this the best mod you've ever made?

Because it's a complete remake of the real Israeli Police vehicle in GTA V, with awesome sounds and lights. I'm surprised that there aren't any other mods like this one.

How long did it take to make?

About 4 months.

Is there going to be a version of this for the PC version, or Xbox One? Or just PS4/XB1? Or are you just going to keep working on it until your finished?

I have no plans to make a version for the PC, Xbox One or PS4. I'll keep working on it until I'm finished.

What's the deal with the "Hilux" name? Is it just a coincidence?

It's not just a coincidence. The Hilux is one of Israel's most popular vehicles, and is even exported for other countries. The name "Hilux" is Hebrew for "Rock". It's also the name of a slang term which means "coward", due to its weight (about 4 tons).
