This is secret laboratory VAGOS, located far from the city, away from the cops and enemies of the gang.

It an .xml-file created with Menyoo that you need to copy to the address:

Grand Theft Auto V / menyooStuff / Spooner/

To open a file in the game, open Menyoo and go to Spooner. Then go to "Manage saved files" and select the file "lab". Then select "load placements".
