Not sure why but when opening the lowr_diff_008_d_uni.ytd with openIV it causes it to crash. Working in game just fine though.

To install Use Open iv and navigate to
Update>x64>
dlcpacks>patchday3ng>
dlc.rpf>x64>models>cdimages>
patchday3ng.rpf>player_one

Turn on Edit mode And Drag the contents of my mod folder into the player_one folder
Close open iv start up gta v and enjoy.
If you wish to uninstall just delete the files you've added, no backups as your not replacing anything.
1.1 Changed belt loop Logo shine is now gone.
