Just place the XML into your GTA V main Folder. And happy days.

I have converted half of Los Santos into an Air Force Base. I have added a few things. F-16 Repair Hanger, Dog Unit, Aircraft Repairs and Q sheds were Pilots sit and wait. This is supposed to add realism to Los Santos Airport. I made it this particular unit into a F-16 Scrambling Unit. In Real life this means "QRA" Quick Reaction Alert. I thought Los Santos would be the Perfect place to be as lots of civilian Aircraft approach Los Santos. So the Unit is on High Alert at all times.
You don't need to use the F-16 since you can replace the F-16 with many other aircraft. I changed my F-16,s to F-22 Raptors. Just replace the file "Lazer"
In order for the F-16 and AC-130 to Appear head over to SkylineGtrFreaks Mods and download them both. I will be doing further projects. This is the only release I will be doing for this mod as I see no apparent issues. But let me know if you find any.
