https://www.gta5-mods.com/player/pont-neuf-35mm-lv-belt-for-mp-skinnies-f
Now
Open OpenIV
Active Edit Mode
Go to x64v/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_players.rpf/player_one
Replace the files

Q: I installed the mod but it doesn't work.
A: You probably installed the wrong files in the wrong place. Open iv again and find the file named "MP_SkinnyJeans_Franklin" and replace it with the one named "MP_SkinnyJeans_Franklin_NoBelt". The other file is useless.
Q: I have my own model for Franklin that is different from what you have, can I use your mod?
