A: No, it makes no changes to the game.
Q: Can you add the option of changing the time of night?
A: No, that's a feature from Pinnacle of V.
Q: Why does it look so weird and dark in some places? (e.g. when using FRAPS)
A: Because that's what real life does in places like this! It's just an effect for realism...
