Description

Michael has had a new extension to his house built and it has added some very sought after features...

Subtle design that compliments the existing structure of the house and is designed to incorporate the existing foliage around the house that Michael wanted to keep.

Creative entrance that, although a bit small, can be navigated easily enough if driving slow.

A showroom style garage with room for 15 cars inside and another 3 cars outside. (Using Vehicle Persistence Mod)

Floating viewing area with stunning city views that also allows space for the tree to grow.

Pillars that are placed carefully to support the whole structure but do not impact on the aesthetic of the house.

Security cameras all around to further protect against would-be thieves.

The building is complete with a heli pad that is lit up at night.
