Installation
Singleplayer: Copy the MLOpetclinic folder into "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks"
Add "dlcpacks:/MLOpetclinic/" to your dlclist.xml which is located at: mods/update.rpf/common/data
FiveM: Put this folder into your servers resources folder and add "start petclinic" to your server.cfg
If you use it on your FIveM server all I ask is make sure to give credits.
