update\x64\dlcpacks\mpexecutive\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\mpexecutive_male.rpf\mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_executive_01
goto this file with openiv enable edit mode and upload the texetures
go ingame an spawn it in with a trainer for example!
how to install fivem
Place it in youre resource folder (Dont matter where)
add start mosley to youre server.cfg
