First off the T-Shirt design is not mine, and was made by clingcling at

I have included the backup .ytd just in case. If you have any requests or critique please feel free to comment! This is the first time I have ever done something like this, so if you see a mistake or an issue please let me know, and I will attempt to fix it ASAP.
First time Mod Installer Instructions: If you have never installed a .ytd file before don't worry it is quite simple.
First off we need install OpenIV 2.6 and edit the x64v.rpf game folder.
Go To OpenIV /GTAV/x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_players.rpf/player_one
At the top right side of the address bar you will see a button that says 'Edit Mode'.
In Edit Mode take the uppr_diff_000_a_uni.ytd and drag and drop it into the specified folder location above.
Exit OpenIV and then enjoy the Tank Top located in Franklin's Closet under Tanktops/White Tanktop
