In the service area there are texture glitches with visual disappearance of the walls.

I replaced several locations in Extra Singleplayer Garages files for offline games (an attempt to create a new location from scratch by the type of extra garages failed)

now you have 50+30 garage parkslots in 2 buildings

Все двери и ворота здания функциональны.

С большой площадью для парковки личных авто.

Вертолетная площадка, барбекю и т.д.

В сервисной зоне встречаются текстурные глюки с визуальным исчезновением стен.

я заменил несколько локаций в файлах Extra Singleplayer Garages гаржей для офлайн игры (попытка создать новую локацию с нуля по типу экстра гаражей не удалась:( )

теперь у вас есть 50+30 мест в 2 зданиях

в игре. открываете MapEditor

и выбрав файл (0 lux servis home.xml) загружаете в игру...

при загрузке ГТА, карта автоматически загрузится.
