No, it is not missing, but you must have the original model in your game folder.

• Where can I find it?

The bike is placed in the “vehicles” folder of your GTA V game folder. If you don’t know where to find it, read my answer above.

• When I start the game, the bike is not in the garage or the garage doesn’t appear. Why?

The bike is not included in the GTA V files, but it can be placed in any garage. If you want to place it in your friend’s garage, you must add his house to your “safehouses” list.

• In a mission I saw a police motorcycle with this model, where did it come from?

That’s a feature of the game. The police use motorcycles with different models as they are not only used by paramedics.
