Always have an original copy from GTA V from Steam, Rockstar Games..!
It's recommended to have the latest GTA V version.
You must have Map Editor by Guadmaz installed. [https://de.gta5-mods.com/scripts/map-editor]

INSTALLATION:
If you finished downloading, open the ZIP file with WinRAR or 7Zip.
Open 'Files' and put the .xml file in your GTA V Main Directory.
Now launch you GTA V and go in the STORY MODE.
Press F7 to start Map Editor and click on load map.
Put in the name section: PoliceV
Enjoy!
