OPTIONAL:

To get the best realism out of the Puerto Rican Plates, I suggest you install License Plate Changer located on the "Optional but Recommended" folder as it changes the License Plate Letters to: AAA-999 (3 Random Letters and 3 Random Numbers) which is used in real life.

Uninstall Instructions:

To Uninstall This Mod; Replace carcols.ymt from this mod with the original carcols.ymt that you saved, and replace vehshare.ytd with the original vehshare.ytd
