>>whooooo, hey guys, Nowadays everyone wants a great rare modern house so here it is, one of best my mods ever made by me, i love this mod so far, it is placed near lifeguard office area near beach. It offers many things and many things to be added in v2.0

>>INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION

> Go to my mod copy rare house 1 & rare modern house file and paste it in gtav main directory

> Run gtav open mapeditor by f7/ load map/ others/ search for rare house 1 & rare modern house file xml and load it.

> I provided another file for only carz if u want, go to gta v directory/ menyoo/ spooner/ and paste it here.

> Run gta v open menyoo by f8/ spooner stuff/ manage saved file/ carz/ load placements done u will be teleported.

Run gta v and enjoy

>>Never modify and upload my mod on any other site however u can make video for youtube but give credit and link of my mod in the description
