I've merged the jacket and hoodie into one mesh and resized it. The mesh got adjusted to fit the female body. I know i could have left them separated but i was lazy and didn't want to rig two models. sorry.
Rigging looked really smooth when i tested it but let me know if i need to fix anything. I recommend using torso 5 for the best result.
There are three textures included all based of Lil'Cubs textures. If you want more variations you can simply look for them here on gta5mods. Both textures (hoodie and jacket) just need to be merged together.
