Description
Another NOoSE based livery pack. This one also includes 6 different liveries, based on pre-DHS Federal Protective Service.
Allegedly, in the GTA universe, NOoSE existed prior to the terrorist attacks of 9/11, so therefore I am labeling this pack as such, and also used NOoSE's eagle for their patch.
This pack includes 6 retro NOoSE SEP liveries. 2 for a 1998 Stanier, 2 for a Vapid Trek, and 2 for a 1993 Stanier.
Instructions included inside the readme file.
