This Quantum Reverse Flash is a retexture of Reverse Flash (glowing eyes) from this pack :https://fr.gta5-mods.com/player/cw-the-flash-characters-pack-for-mp

Installation:(addonpeds method)

1.Install this https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/addonpeds-asi-pedselector.

2.Place all the files from the Quantum Reverse Flash archive to update\x64\dlcpacks\addonpeds\dlc.rpf\peds.rpf

3.Open AddonPedsEditor.exe and add QuantumReverseFlash model in the list as normal ped (check ReadMe for AddonPeds).

4.Place ini file of the suit to Scripts\The Flash Files\Suits

You can also choose the replace method example : ig_bankman

BETTER LOOK IN GAME:

for a better style i recommend to use the trevor walking style, for this go in the xml file "AddonPedsVars"

and past this line "move_p_m_two"

you can also replace your xml by mine

after this, back in addonpeds editor and edit QuantumReverseFlash with this walking style , Rebuild .
