You can attack this! Shoot some shots in the air or at a Soldier and enjoy! just turn on "Never wanted", Turn off peds and cars for best experience
Los Santos has fell into anarchy after a deadly Zombie virus that has put down most of San Andreas' Population and turned them into Zombies.
The Rockford Plaza is now a Insanely Safe Safezone for Refugees and Survivors seeking Shelter in the wild City full of dangers after the word has spread that the Military took control of it and made it a significant outpost.

From the title already, this is located at the Rockford Plaza, and it also connects to the Metro station inside the Plaza. If anyone would like to see me expand this all around, or make more Insane safezones like this one please go ahead and tell me about your idea.
*HOW TO INSTALL*
-Download this file
-Extract the State of Crisis.RAR file
-2 Files are inside: readme and "SOC"
-Cut or Copy SOC ONLY and paste it in your main GTA V file (where your typical mods are placed)
