1. GO TO Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday4ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf

2. SEARCH POLICE3.YTD, OPEN USING EDIT MODE, FIND explorer_sign_1 through 8.

3. REPLACE THE FILES... WITH MY FILES

4. MAKE SURE TO HIT SAVE!!!

5. STILL IN EDIT MODE GO TO FILE AND CLICK DEFRAGMENTATION & DEFRAGMENT THE VEHICLES ARCHIVE.

6. YOU SHOULD BE DONE! =D

Created this livery because I wanted it for my ford explorer police cruiser.

Finding out no one has created it, so as usual I go ahead and make it for myself and as well as others

who may want it other than myself. Took me an entire day but hey sometimes things happen.
