Description

This is the first addition to the Sandy Shores community from CJR Inc.

They thought since the child rate was so high in Sandy & Grapeseed that they would first start off with a skate park to keep the kids busy and away from the bad stuff. It shortly went south fast. Turns out the property belonged to the motel and they ripped up all the cement but left the actual skate objects. Motel owner shortly passed away after, and the property is going through the courts. Itll be years before the skate park sees any corporate love and advertisement benches..

Electricity is still powered though, so kids use it night and day. It is tagged up, but they respect the idea of it and haven't damaged anything.

Use at your own risk (Homeless people live around there)

This is an XML file for Map editor. Load the map "SandyShoresSkatepark" from the Map editor menu after placing the XML file in your GTA directory.
