Hello guys, (read description)

I put an update for (YMAP AND XML ) as V2.0 . I am always wanted to make a modern houses lineup and my dream comes true, i m working on a tiny modern house society if u find it good then plz give like and ratings to my mods i appreciate all of u, go and pick 1 of yr modern house, have fun

@ 1 garden type area there u put yr camper car [ i wont add more things to it ]

@ Each modern house have unique interior

@ Working gates and doors(i put some door to freez position)

> Installation instruction

1- go to gtavdirectory/menyoo/spooner/

put file in tat

2- run gtav press menyoo by (f8) once to active it

3- open map editor by

f7/load map/choose file/menyoo stuff/spooner/tiny modern house society.xml

4- teleport to tat location by trainer

5- done.

> Never modify and upload my mod on any other site however u can make video for youtube but give credit and link of my mod in the description
