Installation:
1.You Need To Have Both Map Editor And Menyoo Installed:

https://gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-sp
2.Go To Your Gta 5 Main Folder And Move The Xml File That Is In The Map Editor Folder
3.Go To The Folder That Is Called menyooStuff Then Go To Spooner And Move The File From The Menyoo Folder
4.INGAME Press F7 To Open The Map Editor Menu hen Select Load Map And Type Surival Base
5.Once The Map Editor File Is Done Loading Press F8 To Open The Menyoo Menu And Go To Object Spooner Then Go To Mange
Saved Files And Go To The File Survival Base Peds And Press Load Placement And Then Press Teleport To Reference
6.HAVE FUN
