1)located at Two Hoots Falls pinned on the map.
2)custom driveway with a fountain and a tuned Sports Car.
3)Stairs which lead to the enclosed lake for swimming and
speed boat and jetski for summer fun.
4)lake view hall
5)lake view seating places(two in total)
6)Kitchen
7)elevator for changing floors
8)Helipad and garage added in the next update
9)Huge bathroom with a bathtub and jacuzzi
10)bedroom with office desk attached
11)huge wadrobe
12)Lake view balcony(two in total)
