Better Start Screen Girl, no bikini (18+)
Description
I saw a previous version of this startup girl with her bikini removed, but the comments were riddled with comments on how bad the photoshop job was.
So I made my own. I'm no wizard but I did a far better job in GIMP.

Make a BACKUP as always!!
In OpenIV
Replace the file "loadingscreen_startup.ytd" in :
MODS\update\update.rpf\x64\data\cdimages\"scaleform_frontend.rpf"
