Clean ELS lights
Description
I was tired of those little blue, red and yellow dots on my els cars so i did a simple change to remove them, now you can enjoy your els cars without those annoying out of place dots.
(if you have rotor light cars it doesn't affect them)
Those dots were ment for the vanilla cars that don't have bright lights so rockstar added those dots to make the lightbar more "bright" .
For installation, just go to your gta5 directory and drop my els.ini file there, thats it.
