A very simple registry edit to prevent SHV's annoying update dialog.
Thanks to @alexguirre for figuring out the registry key.
You can do it yourself without even downloading anything by going to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ScriptHookV in the registry and setting the key for the latest SHV version to a UNIX timestamp a year in the future. If you don't know what those words mean, just download this file and follow the instructions.
