Instructions:

Open OpenIV and enable Edit Mode.

Go to the following path:

mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday19ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf

Drag and drop the vehicle files

Go to the following path:

mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5

Right click the vehicles.meta, and extract it to your desktop to create a backup.

Drag and drop the provided vehicles.meta.

Go to the following path:

Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default

Drag and drop the provided ELS VCF.XMLs. Replace any conflicting files.

Enjoy!

Please note that you MUST use the vehicles.meta that is provided! If you do not install the provided meta files, I will not provide support!
