Full Milky Way Skydome + Starfield

Description
This mod replaces the entire skydome model and starfield texture in order to create a milky way effect. Unlike Vanilla GTAV, the starfield texture does not repeat across the sky.
The "Full Milky Way Skydome + Starfield" mod was originally part of NaturalVision Evolved but I made the mistake of sharing the skydome model with someone that leaked it. This resulted in another modder stealing the model and attempting to claim it as their own work. Thus I have decided to upload the mod on here.
This mod works with vanilla and all graphics mods but is intended to be used with NaturalVision Evolved which is currently unreleased.
Credits to mrzoltowski aka mrstevens for helping create this mod.
