Description
Modified my Relationships.dat file to make all gangs hate each other and cops.
I feel like this is how GTAV gangs should be, shooting at each other all the time and shooting at cops.
Also included the "Police on Streets" popcycle.dat from the mod "Crime and Police Rebalance & Enhancement v1.401" so you see cops driving around getting into firefights with gang members. ALL CREDIT goes to "BobJaneTMart (aka. xCamoLegend)" for this popcycle.dat

Installation:
Replace your Relationships.dat with this one using "OpenIV ".
The directory is Common.rpf >> Data.
Rebuild Common.rpg then close OpenIV Enjoy a funner GTAV experience!
