GARDA SIRENS
Description
At last I tracked down the required files, as the originals that I have used in my video's were not mine to distribute. I have created a complete siren setup in open formats setup. They do differ from Mine, but I like them and will be using them too.
download and use these files at your own risk, if you don't know what you are doing contact me via my Carpless facebook page, link in profile. Back up your original vehicles.awc.

to install:
these are open format files.
with open iv navigate to mods/x64/audio/sfx/resident.rpf (don't forget to click edit mode)
then right click anywhere in the white area of window, select 'import open format' navigate to where you have saved the decompressed files, and click on the .oac file and click run... close all windows and enjoy
