Features:
-Replaces the default LSPDFR police station blips with a new LAPD Police logo blip
-Replaces the default LSPDFR Callout Notification Picture with a new 911 Dispatcher logo.
-[BetterEMS] Replaced the Ambulance and the Firetruck blip, with a new EMS blip.
-[RescueModV]Replaced the victim blip, with a new EMS logo blip.
-Replaces the On-Duty welcome picture, with the 911 Dispatcher logo.
