Lightning in Overcast Weather
Description
A thunderstorm is brewing in the distance!
While messing around with some weather files in OpenIV I thought I should create this little thing for those people wanting lightning bolts to crash without rain, so here it is :)
Optional: Using this mod alongside VisualV (https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/visualv) will provide a more realistic and imposing feeling to the lightning strikes.
Installation instructions in the "Readme!" file.
Many thanks to a63nt-5m1th who guided me through modifying the scripts needed.
