Download the model and texetures
Grand Theft Auto V\Mods\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
goto this file with openiv enable edit mode and upload the texetures and the model files
go ingame an spawn it in with a trainer for example!

Place it in youre resource folder (Dont matter where)
add start newyork in server.cfg
