No Police Helicopter until 4 Stars
Description
If you are a hardcore player, you probably have noticed that there is something that f**** everything, the spawning of too many police helicopters that are overpowered(they see you as if they were the eye of sauron xd).
-Police helicopters dont spawn until you reach 4 stars and in consecutive stars, there are less helicopter presence.
Installing:
-With OpenIV overwrite vanilla Dispatch.meta with mine in \Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
There is two version, One for vanilla(1.0) and other one for the mod Realism Dispatch enhanced(1.1), Hope you enjoy¡

-Reuploaded 1.0 version
